Built at the Marteau et Des-Pinces shipyard at Naviana and launched in 2177, Royal Rose is the last of the seven Sentinal class coastal defence ships which were designed and built specifically to safeguard Regnia's ports. Royal Rose is stationed at Haven where she guards the Weyr estuary. In 2188 her commanding officer is Captain Aldous Henstep.
